U Zaw Win Shein
U Zaw Win Shein is the Founder and Chairman of Ayeyar Hinthar Holdings Co.,Ltd, a leading diversified business group in Myanmar focused on agribusiness and trading, banking and financial services, healthcare, property development and real estate.
After leaving school at the age of sixteen, U Zaw Win Shein entered the family business to work closely with his father and develop commercial expertise and skills in the rice sector. In 2002, he formed a partnership with business associates to start a construction business and aluminium fabrication business. He subsequently established Ayeyar Hinthar Trading Co., Ltd with a close friend. Within a few years, this company became one of the largest exporters of rice in Myanmar. He later re-organized all his business interests into Ayeyar Hinthar Holdings.Co Ltd. In 2009, with a Partner, he established Victoria Hospital in Yangon, now one of the leading hospitals in Myanmar.
Since then the Group has continued to grow and diversify establishing a public company in 2013 to develop new Industrial City in Pathein, Ayeyawarddy Region and the founding of a public company in 2014 to establish a new retail bank branded as “A Bank”.
U Zaw Win Shein continues to provide strong and strategic leadership to the Group whilst being actively engaged in promoting the wider economic development of the Union of Myanmar.
U R Yudh
Executive Vice Chairman U R Yudh is an experienced banker having held senior positions with the Myanmar Economic Bank – Myanmar’s largest state-owned bank. With more than two decades of experience in trading businesses, especially in the rice industry, he played a vital role in developing Ayeyar Hinthar Trading into one of the foremost trading houses in Myanmar today. He leads A-Bank’s corporate banking unit and oversees financial controls within the Group.
U R Yudh also serves as the Vice Chairman of Myanmar Rice Federation.
U Ye Myat Soe
U Ye Myat Soe worked as the CEO of Horizon Telecom International Co., Ltd. Group for 2 years and 4 months from 2012 to 2014. He also worked as a geophysicist in oil & gas companies from 1982 to 2012 and was promoted up to technical advisor position. U Ye Myat Soe achieved B.Sc (Geology) in 1981 from Yangon University of Arts and Sciences, DAC in 1984 from Yangon University and MBA in 2004 from Yangon University of Economics. He has been serving as the MD of A Bank since 23/12/2014.
U Htoo Lwin
U Htoo Lwin graduated with B.A (Geography) in 1995 and is currently serving as the director of the Ayeyarwaddy region government.
U Min Hlaing
U Min Hlaing graduated with B.Sc (Physics) from Yangon University of Arts and Sciences in 1981. He is currently serving both as the director of A Bank, and as the MD for Htet Oo Co., Ltd. and Htet Oo Construction Co., Ltd.
U Ye Lin Htut
U Ye Lin Htut graduated with B.Sc (Maths) in 2001 from Yangon University. He is currently serving both as a director of A Bank and as the MD of Tecia Technology and San Trading Co., Ltd.
U Myat Cho Win
U Myat Cho Win graduated with B.Com in 1981 from the Yangon University of Economics. He served as a general manager of Asia World Co., Ltd. for 21 years from 1993 to 2014.
U Than Win Shwe
U Than Win Shwe has an experience of 32 years as a licensed attorney and a legal consultant and is currently serving as an independent director at A Bank. He has successfully complete B.Econ (P&D) in 1973, D.M.A in 1981, R.L (Registered Lawyer) in 1983, D.M.L (Diploma in Maritime Law) in 2002, D.I.L (Diploma in International Law) in 2003, D.B.L (Diploma in Business Law) in 2004, PG Dip-in-Law in 2013. His highest level of education is M.Dev.S which he achieved in 2007.
U Zaw Lin Htut
U Zaw Lin Htut has a 19-year of experience at the senior management level in local and international banking and is currently serving as an independent director at A Bank. He has completed B.Sc (Geology), MBA from Yangon University of Economics, MA (Business Law) from Yangon University, Master in Management of Banking & Finance from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Universite’ Libre de Bruxelles and organized at National Economic University, Hanoi. He is also the CEO of the Myanmar Payment Union.
